The game itself has never been played. All pieces are present. The dice and stands bag is sealed. Freddy cards, characters, walls, and board are unused. The instructions have discolorations. There are some folds to the cardboard edges on the walls and game board. The card that houses the character cards is starting to come loose from the master card that holds them in place.
