Nightmare On Elm Street 3 Dream Warriors – Freddy Fan Club Order Form – 1987 – Rare. I do not remember exactly where I got this. I know I saw Dream Warriors. With my Dad at Meyer Park 14, an AMC theatre, in Houston when I was around 10. It is possible it was obtained there. This unused order form has bends, folds, staining, and scratches. Please study all the provided photos for condition.
