It would be perfect to go with the Bates Mansion, Bates Motel, Michael Myers House, Addams House, Neibolt House, Munster House, and/or the Haunted House on the Hill with Cemetery since all are HO 1:87 scale, plus the style, décor, details, and turf are similar and blend well with each other. SIZE: The BASE measures approximately 6 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches and is 3 3/4 inches tall. It will be SIGNED and DATED.
