This helps you identify who is actually examining your items and is giving their actual opinion. I encourage everyone to get to know who your authenticators are and not just a CEO or president. So who’s looking at your items? What have they obtained in person over the years? Or do you rely on people who work behind closed doors comparing signatures on a database that solely rely on examples customers submit? Some of these experts are only knowledgeable in vintage and modern sports, and that’s fine if you’re just looking for that.
