This is New, Old Stock. Though the voice just makes voice just makes noise. The box shows storage wear and the doll is still strapped in the box. Unfortunately the voice box on the pull string sounds very garbled and chipmunky. It is sometimes barely understandable and sometimes not at all. The string does pull and retract.
